家樂福工會等勞工團體上午到勞動部前集結，抗議官方縱容資方濫用變形工時制度。並在現場上演行動劇，扮演老闆的人用剪刀剪開勞動基準法的幾項基本訴求，包括工時正常、加班付薪、工會協商、出勤記錄與勞資會議等，控訴官方協助資方瓦解勞基法。
