儲值卡退費爭議多 摩斯.家樂福遭點名

市售儲值卡多樣化，有民眾發現買卡、儲值容易，但中途想退卡竟無法退費，就算給退費，也要收手續費。清查市面上七款儲值卡，其中，摩斯卡及家樂福禮物卡，不給退餘額，其餘給退，但業者則要收十五元至一百元手續費，引發消費爭議。消保處指出，近期將邀相關單位協商退費機制。
